  • 2nd tie-breaker: 2 games
  • 3rd (final) tie-breaker: 1 ‘Armageddon’ blitz game (White – 5 minutes, Black – 4 minutes + draw odds

    These is progress for Kenyan chess, I suggest posting graphics of players playing live matches-interesting to see Chess Octumbula grown so huge with that gorgeous moustache, waiting to watch these match of Gohil vs Kanegeni.
    Keep fingers crossed – sponsorship could be on the way for a similar blitz tournament.

    This is going to be a cracker! It is difficult to say who will win. On one side, Mehul has desireable blitz attributes like time management, quick thought process and makes a complete nuisance when he is down. On the other side, Kanegeni is no push-over, he is one of the most solid players in the country and knows how to convert won games.

    This is going to be quite a spectacle, cant wait….
