KE: 53rd Nairobi Chess Club Championship – Final Results

The 53rd Nairobi Chess Club Championship ended on a very cold Sunday, 28th August after 5 rounds instead of the expected 6 with few surprises in the ‘Seniors’ section, the winners of which came mainly from the All Africa Games team headed to Maputo.

  • 1st Place: Ben Magana – 4.5 points (out of 5)
  • Joint 2nd Place: Bryan Taboso, Githinji Hinga, Mehul Gohil – 4 points
  • 3rd Place: George Nderitu – 3.5 points
