UG: Wanyama Takes The Lead at Rwabushenyi Memorial – Round 4 Results

Olympian Harold Wanyama is the only player on 4 points after 4 games and enjoying a solitary lead in the ongoing Rwabushenyi Memorial Chess Championship being played at Hotel Africana.

He beat Walter Okas in the fourth round as his closest challenger Shdarack Kantinti drew with Daniel Baagadde to each get to 3.5 points.

Former Olympian Grace Nsubuga is also following closely with 3.5 points after he beat Wilson Mugwanya in the fourth round played last evening.

Kenya’s Matthew Kanegeni is on 3 points.
